Elsewhere in the area on October 31...
Here's a list for a couple of stops that I made along LA-8 east of Harrisonburg while on my way to Sicily Island Hills on 10/31/20. The first number is for a stop at a gated side road where I could safely pull off the hwy at a spot between Harrisonburg and Bayou Louis, the second number is for the Bayou Louis boat launch, which is down a side road beside the LA-8 bridge over said bayou. Together, these two stops provided several of my FOS sightings of winter birds this season.
